Tom founded Sportworks in 2002 and has grown the business into an internationally competitive consultancy.
Passionate about communication, marketing and event management, Tom’s work in the industry has seen him hold a number of senior managerial public and private sector roles. His work has taken him across Europe advising on sports event management and sponsorship activation.
A former England lacrosse team captain, Tom holds three European Championship winner medals and is also Head Coach for the Under 19 England team and defensive coach for the senior England men’s team.
Excelling at sport is clearly in the family blood as Tom’s grandmother won a silver medal in the 1936 Berlin Olympics in the sprint relay.
